How to command a DC motor, as if it was a stepper, with the Seletek Armadillo
We’ve just recorded an instructional video showing how easy it is to control on of the affordable DC motors with the Seletek .
Of course, we can supply the adapting cable – and of course, this also works for the EXP connector (if you have an old controller, with a male EXP socket, just use pins 5 and 4 instead of 1 and 2, as shown in the video)
In recent versions of the software the speed is specified in microseconds, so please change the 50 in the video with 50000.

Please note DC motors are *NOT* steppers – they are more prone to slipping, so make sure everything runs smoothly before autofocusing with them!
